Court ordered mediation is ordered by a judge, typically during a custody case. Private mediation is when the parties seek out mediation on their own.

If you are court ordered, your Order of Mediation will specify your determined fee. Privately scheduled mediation, Co-Parenting Counseling, and Parenting Coordination services are billed at $250 per hour. For each service you will be provided with a contract that specifies how fees are billed.

No. Mediation, Parenting Coordination, and Co-Parenting Counseling are not medical services; therefore, we cannot bill your insurance.
We accept cash, cashier’s check, and major credit cards for payment. Please note that there is a 3% convenience fee when using a credit/debit card.
Only the parties named in the order. As there is limited space in the waiting area, please do not bring other individuals with you, i.e., spouses, children, or paramours.
