Archer Bray Mediation

What is Mediation?

A mediator is a neutral third party that helps explore ways to resolve differences and reach an agreement that best addresses the interests of the parties involved. Though legal documentation can be produced as a result of mediation services, our mediation and conflict resolution services do not involve the court system and therefore eliminate unnecessary and costly legal systems from our process.

How the Process Works

Once the initial request is made with Archer Bray, we will invite the other parties to participate in the mediation. Participation is voluntary and anyone can end the mediation process. An initial consultation is conducted to gather information and determine goals.

Once the voluntary participation of both parties is confirmed, the second session will be conducted. The mediator guides the discussion, facilitates understanding and identification of concerns, and helps craft an agreeable solution. If necessary, additional sessions are scheduled; any documents and agreements are produced and approved by all parties.
